About Me

I grew up in a very spiritual family, and as far back as I can remember I have been surrounded by so much diversity of life, thought and culture. All of whom giving their lives to the pursuit of their spiritual journey.

I, however, in my teenage years, chose to totally react against all that was around me, choosing instead a path of alcohol, drugs, men and freedom. For over 10 years my journey was one of self-destruction, damaging myself, my body and my spirit, whilst equally damaging those around me, continuously falling into toxic relationships and eventually the deepest depressions.

Ironically, during this period of inner turmoil, I simultaneously found myself working as a social worker in a probation office, rehabilitating criminal teens, and later prisoners. Going on to study Social Pedagogy, and working primarily with addictions and so called 'personality disorders' like borderline, depression, narcissism and schizophrenia.

I would later find myself running my own children's nursery, where I had the luck to take care of small children from 0-3, helping me to hone my skills of working with, and helping, their parents navigate the gauntlet of parenthood. It reached a point when I mentally, and physically, couldn't go on with my self abusive behavior, leading me finally back to where my life began, back into spirituality.

Since then, with guidance from some of the greatest teachers like Bruno Würtenberger & Teal Swan, my approach to healing has become entirely holistic, encompassing ones mind, body, and soul, in order to identify the root cause of core traumas and emotional triggers, and begin the process of becoming whole again.

My Approach

If you book a completion process session with me it is possible to do it in person (preferred) or via Video call.I want you to know that we will take as much time as we need , so that there wont be any pressure.

Usually a session takes about 1.5 h but it would be good to make sure that you have enough time , not only  for the session but also to relax afterwards and let the experience integrate.

Sometimes I suggest partswork as an extra tool to use. It has proven to be  very beneficial to CP.
